Ordering Process

Where Do I Start?

Simply throw us an email or WhatsApp text with as much information (including images) as possible on requirements. We then will reply to you with questions, if any, then arrange a one-to-one sales consultation (free of charge) at our office or your site. 

It is important to align both our thoughts otherwise we would waste precious time rectifying our communication.

We will proceed to quote a price based on your requirements and once you are ready to confirm the order, we will proceed to produce a mock-up sample at a small fee. The sample fee is refundable once you confirm the order.

We will only begin production once we receive the agreed deposit and complete the delivery once the balance payment is recevied.

Should there be any discrepancy in the product, do let us know within 28 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to be liable for any defects after the warranty period.
